Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and with care. We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs, and our packaging is done with utmost attention to protect your precious items. About shipping - We do not ship to P.O. Box address
First of all, thank you for your order!
We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible once an order has been placed. We ship Monday - Friday from 9am-4pm (CST), except holidays. Once an order is placed it begins processing the following business day, including those orders placed on holidays and weekends. Our typical processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. Tracking is provided for every package at the completion of processing. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us anytime!
How much does shipping cost?
We ship our packages via USPS, typically arriving within 3-5 business days in the USA. Prices vary based on the destination. Plus, enjoy free shipping on orders over $149.00!
When will my order arrive?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships out. If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder. We wouldn’t want you to miss out!
Why is my package delayed?
Our online tracking system may not always reflect real-time updates. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over parcel delivery, so we’re unable to provide specific information about delays. For accurate details, please reach out directly to the carrier handling your shipment.
Cancellation of order
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the item is processed. Once it has shipped, contact our customer service immediately, there’s a 5% fee applies to cancellations to cover credit card processing costs.
Can I make a custom request from Exploring more surprises?
Definitely! Our goal is not only to bring Gundam and Pokémon collections to our customers but also to explore unique and joyful ways of expressing enthusiasm for models and collectibles.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We can accept your debit card or gift card as well, as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo on it.
Why do you need my billing address?
Verifying your billing address is a way to protect our customers and us from fraudulent transactions, we use your billing address to confirm your identity, by cross-checking it with public records, we ensure accuracy during the checkout process, also we safeguard our customers from unauthorized use of their cards, therefore, we appreciate your assistance in filling in your accurate billing information when placing an order--and understanding why you may get a phone call for verification from our store if you didn't.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At PixelMechCo, we are dedicated to our customers. We meticulously inspect each product to ensure it is in brand-new condition before packaging, however, some packages may not arrive perfectly, and we recognize that not all purchases will be perfect. To address any concerns, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Return Policy for Unopened and Unused Items
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The packaging must be in the same condition as when it was originally received.
Opened items are not eligible for returns.
This includes:

Items that have been opened or removed from their packaging

Items with visible signs that the packaging has been opened

Cases that are no longer factory sealed
Damaged and Defective Items

Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part, depending on the issue).

Store credit may also be issued based on the extent of the damage to the item.

Requests must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:

We may ask you to email a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine the issue and if a replacement part would be helpful.

Used or worn clothing, apparel, and accessories are not eligible for returns.
Return Authorization Required
Please contact Customer Service to obtain authorization for your return. Items returned without authorization may be delayed and potentially ineligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for paying all costs associated with return shipping. Ensure that the returned item is properly packaged to prevent damage. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect against any damages during shipping. Please note that the original cost of shipping for the purchase is nonrefundable.
How to Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping
Please pack the item in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or other protective materials to adequately secure the item. Do not place the shipping label directly on the item, as this could result in a partial or no refund. If the item is damaged in transit or received in less-than-original condition due to poor packaging, your refund may be reduced.
Refunds
Refunds on returns are issued after the product has been received and processed. Refunds are in the original form of payment. In cases where this is not possible, store credit will be issued. Minus applicable restocking fee.
You may view your account to check a refund status. Once we issue your refund there may be a delay for these funds to show in your account:

Please allow 3-5 business days to post which depends on your card issuer’s policy.
- PayPal
Typically states up to 30 days, depends on your PayPal original source of payment.
- Store credit
Credit will be available immediately.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect address or being unavailable to receive the package), we will inform you promptly to arrange for reshipping. Please note that any return and reshipping costs must be paid before the package is reshipped.
Reseller Returns Policy
For customers deemed as resellers, return items for a full refund, minus a 5% restocking fee.
